New Delhi: Realty firm Signature Global has acquired 48 acres of land for Rs 1,070 crore in Gurugram during the last fiscal to develop residential projects as part of its strategy to expand business amid strong consumer demand.
The company has bought 47.71 acres land in different sectors of Gurugram (Haryana) at a total cost of Rs 1,069.31 crore. It bought 16.16 acres in Sector 71 for Rs 283.09 crore, 25.62 acres in Sector 37D for Rs 670.15 crore and 5.94 acres in Sector 88A for Rs 116.07 crore, Signature Global said.

This balanced approach ensures that land acquisition and project development go hand in hand, he told reporters. Aggarwal said the land acquisition allows the company to sustain launches at scale with confidence.
"In essence, we keep launching new projects while actively replenishing our land reserves to support our continued expansion," he added.
Earlier this month, Gurugram-based Signature Global informed that its sale bookings rose 42 per cent to a record of Rs 10,290 crore in the 2024-25 financial year from Rs 7,270 crore in the preceding fiscal. It is among very few listed players to achieve more than Rs 10,000 crore of sale bookings annually across the country.
